This OLMO Multi-zone system features a 17 SEER Inverter system with WiFi and includes an 18,000 BTU condenser and two 12,000 BTU heads. It is pre-charged with R-410A refrigerant. The system does not include an installation kit. It comes with a 5-year warranty on the compressor and a 2-year warranty on parts. Warranty is valid only with installation by a certified HVAC technician and registration at olmo-comfort.com.
