DELIVERY

Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and current rates from major shipping providers, primarily FedEx. Freight services may also be used depending on the size, weight, or special handling requirements of your order.

PICK-UP

Many of our products are eligible for free pick-up at Perdomo Distributors’ warehouses. If branch pick-up is available for your order, the option will be presented during the online checkout process.


SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

During checkout, you will have the opportunity to add any notes or specific requests related to shipping or delivery. For additional support, please reach out to us at sales@hvac-perdomo.com.


PAYMENT METHODS

Credit or Debit Card

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment platform. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.

Cash or Zelle

You may choose to pay via cash or Zelle. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed. A payment receipt will be provided upon confirmation.

PayPal

You may choose PayPal as a payment method. Simply select PayPal when prompted during checkout, and you will be redirected to the PayPal platform where you can complete your purchase using a debit card, credit card, or your PayPal balance.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a notification and receipt via email.


RETURN POLICY

We offer 30-day free returns for selected products, from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

General Return Conditions:

  • The unit must be in original condition, unused, and not previously installed.

  • All original accessories and packaging must be included.

If the Unit Has Been Installed:

  • Clear photographic evidence of any defect must be submitted.

  • A signed report from a certified HVAC technician is required, including:

    • The technician's license number.

    • A detailed description of the installation process.

  • The unit must be returned complete (condenser, evaporator, controls, installation kit, etc.).

If you receive a visibly damaged item, take photos immediately and contact us. We will guide you through the return process.

If an issue arises during installation or activation, please contact us while the technician is present. We offer live video call support to assist the technician in identifying whether the problem stems from the unit or the installation.

For verified defects or shipping damage, we will provide prepaid return shipping labels. Once the unit is returned and meets the return conditions, a new replacement will be sent at no additional cost.


THIRD-PARTY SALES CHANNELS

Customers who purchased through eBay, Amazon, or Walmart are subject to the return, refund, and delivery policies of the respective platform at the time of purchase. Prices and terms may vary depending on the platform.


PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

All promotional offers and discounts are valid only during the specified promotional period. Customers who were charged full price during a promotion must present a valid receipt as proof to claim any adjustments or credits.
