Warranty

This product its covered by a LIMITED MANUFACTURE WARRANTY of 5 Years Compressor and 2 years in all the parts. The unit must be registered with the manufacture by an HVAC COMPANY technician (the installer) within the 30 days of being installed. Otherwise warranty will be VOID. (details about the registration will be provided in the package) .

General conditions for warranty validation:

• Installation of a mini split must be completed by a licensed HVAC company to ensure any issues encountered in the future are not due to improper installation workmanship. These companies usually provide warranties for the installation work.Therefore, if any problems arise later on, they will assist you. Installation issues are more common than you might think, and the installation of the equipment is as important as, if not more important than, the equipment itself.

• These systems are not plug-and-play units that can be installed appropriately without specific tools or prior HVAC electrical knowledge. This unit requires its refrigerant pressures to be calibrated, and it is strictly necessary to have its lines vacuumed before releasing refrigerant.

• Labors or other costs incurred for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing or handling of either defective parts, or replacement parts, or new units is not included in this warranty.
